Problem :
Finding the right job can be overwhelming for students and fresh graduates. Most job platforms present too much information at once, making it difficult to discover relevant opportunities and manage applications efficiently. The goal of HireFlow was to create a simple, user-friendly experience that reduces friction and helps users focus on finding the right job with confidence.
Solution :
I designed an end-to-end mobile job search experience that simplifies every stage of the application journey. The solution includes intuitive onboarding, personalized job discovery, detailed job information, saved jobs, and application tracking. Using Figma, I created user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, and an interactive prototype to deliver a consistent and seamless experience.
Challenge :
The biggest challenge was organizing a large amount of job information without overwhelming users. Maintaining a clear visual hierarchy, designing reusable components, and creating a smooth navigation flow required careful attention to usability and consistency across the entire application. Every screen was designed to keep the experience simple, accessible, and easy to navigate.
Summary :
HireFlow demonstrates my ability to design a complete mobile product from concept to prototype. The project showcases user-centered thinking, intuitive user flows, and a clean, modern interface that simplifies the job search experience. It reflects my approach to creating accessible, scalable, and visually consistent digital products using Figma.
